Our development team currently consists of Roger and three external partners. Now it's about growing this department internally, streamlining it and taking it to the next level. You're the technical person who doesn't just execute processes, but proactively rethinks them: wherever something can be faster, smarter or automated, you step in β before anyone has to ask.
Shopify will be your main playground. High-converting stores on the frontend (Liquid, UI) and backend, ongoing CRO, technical integrations. You might not know Shopify in detail yet β but with your foundation you'll be up to speed immediately.
AI isn't a buzzword here, it's a tool. You implement AI processes and process-pieces directly into our tasks β RAG systems, agents, multi-agent setups. Real production solutions, no toys.
You build internal tools and automations that give the team real time back. A real example from our day-to-day: an auto-push tool that turns organic Instagram posts into Meta ads automatically β 4 hours of manual work per week, from then on at the push of a button.
You build webapps yourself β Next.js, frontend UI, business databases with a reg system that our AI agents query. Like our KPI dashboard that pulls together data from Shopify, Meta, Google and the newsletter tool and makes it analyzable via AI.
You make sure the technical foundation is solid: CRM integrations, all marketing channels, Meta and Google pixels, product feeds. Cleanly set up, cleanly connected, cleanly maintained.
You're the contact person for all technical questions from the team β and for implementing them. Fast, solution-oriented, hands-on. You don't just deliver, you make tech accessible for the team.
Wherever you see a process that can be improved or sped up, you proactively step in. You don't wait for the task β you spot the potential yourself and make it happen.
Together with Roger, you'll grow our development department β internally, structured, scalable. You help turn a small crew into a well-oiled, AI-first team.

You start as Full-Stack Engineer & AI β with real technical responsibility from day one. Whoever creates value, grows: in responsibility, in a say over the technical direction of HERB media β and in sharing the collective success.
No fixed timeline. What counts: quality, initiative, impact. From Month 7 (January 2027) our goal system with performance-based variables is added on top β whoever consistently brings value and grows, grows with HERB media.
Each month you receive your net amount plus a 24% tax allowance on top. You always set this 24% aside β ideally in a separate account β because the taxes are collected once a year for the previous year (for 2026 that's around August 2027, 24% of your total invoiced volume). From the second year on, an additional acconto advance payment for the expected revenue is added. Since you can count on a steady β and step-by-step increasing β income from us every month, none of this is a problem, as long as you consistently set aside the 24%.
